when you contact me, make sure that you:
- DO NOT ask for a password or a replacement!
  just think about it.. everybody could send a request on your account.
- DO NOT ask for a mailbox or mail service!
  this is a jabber service. it has nothing to do with emails.
- DO NOT ask for expired accounts!
  we delete all account related data after 6 month of inactivity.
  in this case you have to start from zero. (register, add contacts)
